if he's gay dont bother trying to kill him just outfarm him and spam razes, else just outplay him :)

As i said i dont have any experience in 1 vs 1 sf match I want you to answer this qu
1. imagine both players are level 9 with 36 souls both have power treads and a ring of Aquila and both players trying to kill each other if u were you would just right click ? shadow raze ? ulti ? i think at lvl 9 right click > raze > ulti what you think ?
2. items ... i think armlet might be a good idea :D will you get blade mail ? meca ? crystal first item ( if u get lucky u win ) ?
Will you try to push tower befor killing him first ? becuz its so dangerous if you go at enemy high ground

that's where previous rate of farm will show
if you were better than your opponent, you will have more items with regen to have more mana/hp and he will be forced to buy more regen items sooner or later, while you will be able to purchase more items - that's where that mek, aquilla and stick come to play as I said before
keep in mind you can autoattack tower even without creeps and damage it - that's what mek helps with, too
anyway 1v1 sf is pretty gay and if both of you play safely then none of you can get killed and it can turn to mindless razing creeps every half minute for a long time
however, pay attention to early game, if you have higher level raze than your opponent then you can trade razes with him and again, make him buy more regen and fall more and more behind (for example levels: 3-2; 5-4; 7-6)
level one raze isn't worth spamming unless you desperately need cs (and i really wouldn't recommend going raze first as you can't buy bottle)

well i played 200 games on shadow fiend but never played in a real 1 vs 1 so i need some pro advise not amature advice based on pub games cuz i played many of those games as sf
i mostly need to know what items are best
match rules : jungle is not allowed - any items allowed even blade mail is allowed - win rule : 1 tower 2 kill
Note : winner will get dragon claw hook and i bet there is noone with highr mmr than 4500(probably) so im gonna have high chance there
