Situational, if you need to disable some passive like PA's evasion, go Silver Edge, if you need to get rid of spells go BKB instead and if you are really snowballing you can go for Skadi imo.

General DiscussionIs it still optimal to go skadi right after shadow blade on slarK?
I generally play him offlane out of necessity, so I go orb really quickly and get treads and sb and try to roam.
Is skadi the best first item after shadow blade, or have there been any changes (silver edge before skadi, etc)?
