Almost everybody can farmmidas on 4 min, its 2000g, so if u bought boots when the game starts its just farm 2000 gold, and surely u got a kill.

no the fastest would be you tp to mid twr, then the 5 enemy heroes all random buy 8 tp scrolls and dive your tower to feed you. how long would that take idk
