oh god, we already knew that, let me tell you something.
Diffusual blade lv 2 -> +35agi per meepo 3.9k gold, 1K gold cheaper than Eblade, also gives ur main meepo and manta illusion the manaburn.
It also is a lot easier to build since you don't have to save 3,3k gold for an eaglesong. The only time you should buy eblade over diffusual is when you are snowballing hard or the enemy has slark, otherwise it's almost always better to go for diffblade.
Aqulia ring gives your meepos 90dmg, armor, manaregen and some stats, very good early game item if you are behind to dish out damage.
Eblade is extremely popular on meepo but a lot of meepo players (as blunt said) now ignore that and simply go for diffusal blade.

Hey there dota community! I notice that E-blade isn't a very popular pick up on meepo and I wanted to share some information about its benefits on this hero.
First off, please don't judge this post by my skill tier, thats not very nice. :(
But here me out, E-blade, and multiple E-blades are actually very good on meepo for various reasons:
1. The physical dps to make up for enemies purchasing bkb
2. If they haven't purchased bkb thats an extra 40% extra poof damage or a save from physical dps to a certain meepo or hero.
3. Taking towers! Each E-blade gives you +40 damage PER meepo, meaning a grand total of +200 damage. Its pretty much meepo's equivalent to a divine rapier! :)
Sorry that this game isn't up for replay, but this game is a good example of E-blades use against the highest physical dps in the game: PA --> http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1320096524
E-blade provided the extra armor as well as physical dps to solo the pa and her friends even during the later stages of the game with meepo, and everyone knows you can't pick up an mkb on this hero for obvious reasons.
Lastly to clarify, Razor's Divine was pa's, so consider that, a divine pa with battle-furry vs meepo with e-blades and meepo won ^.^
