So you never get stupid "gg-ers" in your games? They would have more tools to throw your game without intentional feeding (aka spend some time in low priority).
@6_din_49, of course I have. Just had a Zeus go 0-20 intentional feed because he couldn't get mid. He fed gems and suicided the cour while revealing our locations. Thats why I want the Kick system?? To prevent shitheads like this from ruining games.
Come on, its Ranked, noone is going to kick for the 'lolz' and lose MMR. The chance of a game being ruined because 4 people who aren't in a stack decide "hey lets kick this guy for no reason" is way lower than someone throwing a game because he got pissed. It takes 4 people to agree to ruin a game with Kick, it takes 1 person to ruin a game if he decides he hates his team.
I dont understand why people make these kind of threads. If you want to concede, you can leave the game join the surrender queue
Why would you even want to concede after 45 minutes wtf? Game is over with a single mistake at that point anyway.

In hon it was 4/5 to concede after 20 minutes, and a kick would require 7/10 players in the game. It's been 2 years so I might be wrong, but for the most part the voting wasn't really abused.
Kick should be 7/10. Otherwise people end up kicking their bad players, not people ruining the game, and again, can only be voted on once every 10 mins or so, or we get kick spam.
Concede should be 5/5, not a 45min limit, games don't even take that long usually. But should have a limit on it, at least 10 mins.
Probably a blind vote for concede too. And can only vote once every 10 minutes.
Concede is already in the game, just not available to tard. And it's 5/5 (I'm not writting about lobby game but to matchmaking game)

It isn't.
If an entire team leaves without the game being safe to leave, it will wait until the first player who left gets an abandon, and then their throne will explode. Which is effectively the same as rage quitting.
It was possible before ranked was introduced.
Games are fine, we don't need either. What pisses me off is only when you are down to one rax or enemy has mega creeps even and your team has zero chance of a comeback but keeps fighting, dragging the game out for another 15 mins. Just let creeps end it.
It ends in 30 second IF someone already abandoned (doesn't matter if enemy or ally).
If there was no abandon it will end after 6 minutes, and since the disconnect timer is 5 mins, someone will get an abanodon.

steam is smart not to trust 10 random people with this function on ranked games

Both options require a 4/5 vote rate. Concede option only applicable after 45 minutes.
I see the issue with Concede as it might make people give up or afk till concede is enabled but I like the Kick option. In ranked, you won't be matched up with 4 stacks so there is much less of a kick abuse here. Kick option would be useful for getting rid of throwers. Because currently when someone decides to throw, you're basically helpless other than reporting. Which doesn't save your game or MMR.
