Love the patch, no longer have the trouble dealing with a tinker as a hard carry. In the past e-blade made him perma-etheral.
As for skillbuild I think that march is still very good to max out first instead of laser rocket.
hex's power was not diminished and jungling is completely viable on tinker which is why hes still quite good
there are only 3 skill brackets, normal, high and very high.
someone in the normal skill bracket who has not calibrated in ranked is at best, 3000 mmr I believe.
most of ur gold comes from the hard camp, tough luck if u get mud golems but it rlly doesnt delay bots that much. its a pretty big nerf but its still quite doable
Androgynous - it depends. You can be over 4k & when playing unranked u will have normal bracket. To see real rating u need to look at ranked bracket. 3.3k is high, 3.7k+ is v.high.
^Ya I have that even tried to add ppl see what their mmr are, played once with a guy who had 1k mmr less than me :D

and more others. you cant say i feed or smt like this,but there is allways one russian in your team which steals your role... played ranked a lot when i was lvl 13,didnt even know how to play riki well... so yea,started from 1k mmr. ATM i have 1,8k mmr,still trying to raise it. as i saw , it becomes bigger,but slowly :( :

after patch 6,82,tinker got nerfed a lot with march nerf,dagon mana ,eblade nerf,but that bloodstone buff looks pretty nice. what itembuild and skillbuild are the best after this patch? waiting for your opinions
