yes but if the player changes his nick a lot it turns into a nightmare
I'm having the same issue, for example you could find my old account by typing 'sano' because it was my most used nick, now you can't find me anymore

use one nick tha ppl not using, so dotabuff will take u right to ur acc

thats no fix tho.

even if im inputting exact old name it doesnt find some of the old accounts. maybe they removed old accounts from search?
