General DiscussionDisconnecting players starting to become really irritating

Last few days I've been playing and sometimes some a-hole disconnects immediatly after the match begins or afks until 5 minutes in on my/their team about 70% of the time. Can't I for once play a fun match and not a match where somebody does this?
