It says in game that chilling touch goes through magic immunity. I think this means that the buff will be placed on magic immune allies but the dmg won't go through magic immunity because it's a separate instance of magical damage. Is this correct? So it also won't affect towers or mechanical units? Will attacking a tower use charges even if it doesn't hurt them (my guess is yes)?
I've been picking AA as an omni counter. If omni ults, and we all have chilling touch will the touch dmg still be dealt even though enemies are immune to physical dmg (my guess is yes)?
