Why was it that South Americans play on USE server over the SA server? Was there more ping to your own server? Also, I've heard (but not experienced) that there are a lot of Russian players on USW. Why are there large amounts of people who do not play on their own server?
(my server experience isn't the best either. I ping 100-150 on USW and it's my best server.)

and distance isn't even that important, it's mostly about routing and that's why peruvians ave often better ping on us east
i know of people who live pretty central in the us and get about 180 ms to one of the us servers as well
you can complain all you want about them being assholes or some shit but telling them to fuck off to their own servers is pretty fucking uncalled for
it's all about ping, us east is my best ping, like 80, west is almost 200, every thing else over 200.
Southamerica's internet routing goes to USA and then comes back to Brazil. That's why everyone in southamerica but brazilians have more ping on Southamerica server than USE/W server.
Peru and Chile's servers are still going under maintenance so i doubt it. Also only Peruvians get better ping at US than SA, if you see a brasilian up there is cause they think SA players are shit (ie: blaming their own team for losing, cause if all players are so shitty and they are so good, they should be stomping here, not getting owned).
Im from Argentina and i'll take Brasil servers anyday over Peru or Chile, those guys just dont take the game seriously enough for whatever reason.
The south american players skill is not any worse than us players. The issue is they are such fucking chatterboxes, they treat voice system like it's their own personal skype and flame a lot in spanish when clearly no one understands. And so many do not use push to talk. You can hear them yelling at people in their house it's so damn annoying. I sometimes mute us players for flaming but I have never had to mute a us player just cus he wouldn't shutup.
I'm Latin American and guess this is good news, as long as the routing to servers is not as shit as the brazil ones, where I get more ping than a US Server. At least Peruvians are now gonna be mostly in their servers (yes, it sucks playing with them even for spanish speakers.) They usually don't communicate because of language, they don't do it cause of a shitty attitude.
