Legion is good vs Spiders, however with Bogis build Legion isn't good in an 1v1. However, Dota isnt a 1v1 game, in this case Legion would be a very good hero to catch Broodmother.

Lane wise she's good if Spiders, obviously.

Also the build Bogi is going is totally legit. At lvl 6, none can solo play against you, however, in this patch where lategame and passive plays is the thing, Brood with this build I would consider rather bad as it'd be easy to get supports to just protect you.
