I have dotabuff+ and I think the way it works is that if there is someone in a match owning dotabuff + then the dotabuff + features work. Go see one of my latest matches for example and you'll see all the true sight sh*t.
I think I read somewhere that it is not really possible to make it work for everyone for free as it would cost too much.

Why isn't true sight working on most replays from other people? Whenver I click on some match someone posted I can't see the true sight/DB + thing. Is it a bug?
