I hope the moderators get a to take a look at this and inform the devs. True sight hasn't been working since 4 days now.
I have paid money for this and I expect proper response in cases of bugs like this at least.
Truesight works by pulling data by viewing a replay of your game. SE Asian servers are notorious for screwing up and not storing replays - leaving nothing for Truesight to analyze.
Are you able to view the replay for your games in the Dota 2 client?

Sorry for not replying to this more quickly. SEA server replay issues are indeed the cause. It's happened before and was eventually resolved, unfortunately there's not a lot we can do about it from our end. ;(
Yes, i also have the same problem not having the Truesight working, it basically keeps analyzing but never finish...
Same issue. Valve's servers aren't storing SE Asian replays properly, so Truesight keeps trying to find something to analyze but nothing's there.
Problem is on Valve's end, not Dotabuffs =/

I am not able to view true sight analysis for my new matches (from the day 29th of sept). I Have purchased a three months plus on 11th of sept.
Please let me know if I have messed up some settings or has the true sight been pulled down.
