no one pools tango in the games i play so I start with tango + 2 branches and rush bottle

getting null talisman gives you +3 all attributes and an additional +3 to int, which means you'll last hit easier, making you able to get last hits you otherwise would miss if you didn't have the int bonus

Also, it builds to veil or dagon, both of which could be later built.

i dont buy tangoes cause i dont really need them most of the time since i rush bottle. unless theres a viper.

i usually dont use tangos playing tinker/TA but i buy them just in case

you build it once you're ''advanced'' into playing mid, knowing how to lane control/last hit good. otherwise you'd just end up in min 3 staying behind tower with 500 gold on your bucket due to the fact that you ran out of the two pooled tangoes and you can't farm up your bottle further, while the enemy mid is constantly harrasing you. you just do what suits your playstyle and/or fits for the current mid matchup.

i like null because more mana to be an asshole and more dmg to harras the shit out of him :D
most int are range so it suits them well, you have to remember int are early game heroes and well... build on that level 1/2/3 advantage. its not like a min 1 bottle will do much since you're low hp anyway (most of them?) so a couple of tangos is enough. if you're expecting ganks pulled tangos with a potion would mby be better but you get the idea
