Woah, its quite rare to see someone control their camera with their keyboard.
Anyway if what you're saying is true, then what you're missing is most likely is a mixture of game sense and twitch reflexes. Game sense can be somewhat described as knowing what to do as well as when to do it. Twitch reflexes let you execute what your game sense tells you to do.
For the record prettyhandsomeawkward, I grew up playing the old CS 1.6, my hands feel uncomfortable if they're not on WASD. I find the only difference is in the milliseconds. I can actually click an enemy hero at the same time, if not faster than someone using mouse for camera. If they have to move camera then click me, they are at a disadvantage. I still click my minimap plenty, same as a normal player, and I have the same map awareness.

Your camera is ok, but your last hitting skills suck. Also your timings when to use your spells. When harassing with aoe spells, try to take last hits too! 10 lh in 5 minutes is low. Not sure what's the average on your mmr, but I'm pretty sure at 3.5k you don't want your mid to be that low.
Yeah that invoker beat me in lane, I was kinda testing to see if I could out DPS him with my q nuke. My rune control was miles ahead of him though, and I used that to gank early on with my ult, and so was away from lane a lot. Unfortunately never got any stuns from my allies when I did, so it ended up being a lot of wasted XP. I'm usually a bit better than that though.

Looking for a coach, my MMR is bouncing around 2.8k-3k. Must be US/EU and speak fluent english.
Honestly not sure what to improve on, yet according to the MMR scales i'm missing something obvious.
I use WASD camera, yet I can be sixslotted with items and not mismicro, so my micro is above my MMR level i'd say. I've played every character (save one) and have a good understanding of every spell. My last hitting is above my level, I regularly get 1.5-2 times the amount of last hits as the opposing mid/carry.
