i am tired of waiting 1 hour to play dota 2 each time i restart my pc plz some1

Just right click the dota 2 (inside your steam)>Properties>LOCAL FILES (tab)>VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE...

If problem always occur, I have highly suspect that you have deep freeze software or other program freezer that's why your dota 2 game always patching/reinstal when restarting PC, you changed the directory of the dota 2 files you have or you have bad sectors (corrupted files/didn't use checkdisk) in your dota 2 files.

Dotabuff.com is only for statistics/records of your gameplay, not fixing dota 2 problems.
Just go to dev.dota2.com, enter the correct form (thread) of yours (technical problems, dota 2 problems, etc..)
