Not sure of the purpose.
Are you trying to report players for disconnecting at load screen?
Maybe the other team's identity could be anonymous until first blood or whenever stats start counting for sure. You'd still see your teammate's names, but the other players would be listed as "opponent 1" through "opponent 5".

If you're like me and people abandon everygame at loadscreen open a steam ticket for their support staff with the matchid and a link to the players profile on steam.
To find their profile - hit shift+tab ingame then click on recent players to find them
