Once, making a combo with wisp was easier, since a hero touched by the tether was stunned, instead of slowed, as it is now... But stilll, Chaos knightwiht his bolt and rift, alch with the pre-relocate concoction, riki with backstab, sven with the giant balls, tiny(probably the best now, cause he has very high burst).

In order of strongest ganking potential to weakest:
Tiny
CK
Alchemist
Storm Spirit

wisp xin was awesome when the link was stunning, now it's meh.

I have had some sucessful runs with Troll Warlord. He does lack of reliable disables but if you can get a tether slow, which is easy considering Troll already has a slow, he can just perma bash the target with his blinding attack speed. He definitely is hard to beat in terms of single target DPS, which is what you're looking for with Wisp.

Also Troll is one fast bastard in melee form, once again goes well with tether.
(Phase + Tether + Melee form + Yasha + drum = Bloodseekers MS ain't shit.)
