I think there are some threads around here from people trying to get into LPQ by throwing games on purpose and not managing to do so in the end. Maybe you could use them as additional prove?
Just 2 months ago I got back nearly every report I made and quickly. I only bother reporting people who intentionally lose. Now I get no reports back and there are intentional losers on my team in half my solo que ranked games. It seems likely that any game they are not on my team they must be on the other team.... although the enemy only seems to feed couriers to us (making it an obvious throw) every 4 or 5 games.
The reporting system has clearly failed since they introduced ranked matching. They need to fix it quickly.

In dota 1 throwing games intentionally was very common unless you were in a league or clan that effectively punished it. If Valve remains lax throwers will take over and throw nearly every game you don't 5 stack. In dota 1 people even put their friends on the enemy team to throw for them... dota players will do this. In dotacash there was a guy who threw over 1000 games. He had almost a 0% win rate. He eventually got to a negative TSR score and it caused a system crash.

I have games with 2k delay. I have them OFTEN. My pc sucks. The screen freezes. I know what 2 seconds of delay and 3 fps feels like. I still don't feed like mad in those circumstances.
Your only item is shadow amulet. You intentionally lost the game. You probably do it plenty... which is why you want to post and lie and say you never see throwers.

i was actually having 2 k ping since beginning, checking through console every time. basicaly i tried to afk farm whole game as i couldnt do anything else (2k ping is literally unplayable) and ended up getting caught by mirana's ult / arrow a bit too much.
the reason for shadow amulet was to afk leech xp without dying
the biggest problem with the system is egocentric players who report players for not being 'good enough'
im gonna keep throwing until they stop muting me
i dont give a fuck about people that dont lsiten to me and make the game harder tha it should which i respond with a THROW!!!! and leaving the game, etc
Atum, you changed your name to a troll name for this game. You do not play like someone who really has 2 full seconds of delay, you often are issuing commands in response to things that happen in less than 0.5 seconds. There is no way your delay was over 500 ms, probably less than 200 ms.
I would certainly call your first death mid to SF a feed. You stood still in vision on 160 hp near a SF with a DD rune. You even moved out a bit so he could see that you were there and an easy kill because he didn't notice the feed attempt right away. So you gave him another chance to realize you were feeding. He was afraid it was some kind of trick or a bait... he waited 15 extra seconds before taking his free kill because it was so easy it seemed to good to be true.
You play this game like a person pretending to be bad at dota to cover his intentional throw. You are obviously very fast and accurate with your mouse but pretend to be slow when it counts (ie when you can die by making a small misplay). You are as unhelpful to the team as possible without making the throw super obvious. I guess you can stop pretending since you now know that you can't go to LPQ anyway until Valve fixes this.
You buy items and sell them multiple times to destroy your gold.

People are not fooled. They can tell you are doing it. Unfortunately, reports are not working at the moment.
avidity few reasons that i believe are behind lack of lpq on this acc
1] 2reports per week[ l o l ] - many players mentioned being out of reports on global chat after someone called gang report on me
2] people start blaming each other for my feeding (so probably some of them could waste reports on that)
3] I didnt abandon single game which was always easiest/fastest way to end up in lpq

it took 1/2 max 3 ruined games if i threw in subtle way to place me in LPQ

Just support my thread on the development forum and ignore the troll. Only lots of traffic on the dev forum might attract Valve's attention to actually fix the problem.
That is, unless someone here knows a Valve employee to whom they can mention this problem.

So unless there's a mass game leaving/negativity spreading that could hurt their economy they wont do much.
In fact I'm pretty sure they have already a plan set in stone on how to develop the game that will only slightly change for the facts mentioned above.
I'll gladly support but I don't expect much from them, they know the actual problems of the game still look what they've done to the MMR system

No explanation was given. Maybe Valve just closes all threads I make on the development forum. At least this time they did not threaten to ban me... but if they close every thread I make its the same thing.
I can only imagine that what was suggested in the thread is accurate ===> Valve turned off LPQ until February. But they don't want to admit it.
I guess we wait for server maintenance to end and see if its fixed then. In the meantime, 5 stacks or expect throwers.
One positive result: closed thread means at least 1 admin read it. It is possible that Valve has now recognized that there is a problem.
The dev.dota2.com forum is for devs only. To report bugs which are almost never fixed. Asking for banning and hero balanced shouldn't be on there. You will be banned if you ask too much of them.

We can only vote with our wallets by avoiding to spend money on their hats etc.
Various bugs I have pointed out (like not being able to mute people while game is paused), get moved out of bug sections into community and general sections. If the volunteer mods don't like you or your post, expect to be censored. Kind of funny if it wasn't sad...
Damn, so people are intentionally throwing games and they don't get put in LPQ? I left one game and was not able to reconnect due to a power outage, and I had to play through 5 games to get back into ranked. It was probably my first leave in several months as well. Where's the justice in throwing the guy with 1 random disconnect into LPQ compared to the dude feeding 3x games in a row with furion?
seems like the fact that you actually make people lose 50 points makes this shit a lot more appealing
