Yes of course,you can play well 4-5 days in a row and next day totaly wrong few games in a row happens,but not usually.

sucks when i pick a hero i haven't had at least 5 games with before and then lose the game

yah.. happened for me yesterday.. sometimes all it takes is just 1 really fucked up game, and then there will be a domino effect because you get so pissed off :D

But most of the time my teams are constantly filled with BRs and peruvians that cant do shit

I've noticed that after a nice streak of wins follows a frustrating losing streaks, really weak teammates and what not.Relentless have explained this quite nice in some topic.

No, never. It brings the moral down and makes you lose more frequently. Always be optimistic and you'll never get 10 losses in a row!
