i clean it every now and then cleaned it 1 month ago
maybe problem with resolution, i had the same problem i think when i tried to install it on my laptop

not sure but try this :/ if it doesnt work, try to update the graphic driver like Cai said
-windowed -w 1600 -h 900 -noborder -novid -high -console
note u beter have to do a fresh install of new drivers.. so try do fresh unistall first.. then install new drivers
this should fix your Black screen problem

every time i play dota 2 i have this problem which is a black screen and i cant see anything but i can hear the sounds
this problem is happening lately it never happened b4
any1 has a clue of what can cause that or how can i solve it ?
