Nope.
In order to obtain the Maelk award u must be playing Venomancer. That is the only way in which u can achieve this award. He fulfils the other conditions, but as long as he is not playing Lesale it does not count.
Considering your number of games and the fact that the guy is anonymous only makes me think that he's probably a newbie to Dota.
The fact, on the other hand, that you're a smurf and you stacked with a person who's higher level only in order to face weaker opponents, makes me disgusted.
