If you are hoping for the top Meepo spot or even a place I wouldn't bother. There are many reason why but can't be bothered to explain it. Used to be friends with the NEO meepo guys, was pretty good.

Like he was not playing when DBR was working?

The only Issue I have with Micro heros in Dota 2 is the terrible Micro functions.

Its like working a job sometimes, with people asking the same monotonous questions they should by now already know the answers to.

Slowpoke is slow

Meepo is a really hit or miss hero.

It depends on those first 2-3 teamfights when you have 2 or 3 meepos. Honestly, losing those fights or dying early, reaaaaaaally bites you in the butt later on. Meepo is a snowball hero.

Unless you go farming carry (which is difficult in pubs without friends).
