That language filter doesn't even work properly. I got matched against Waga when I was queueing in English only while he was queueing in English Chinese and Russian. It's just a waste of time to pick languages.

What's your ping to US servers? You usually get english speakers on those. Rarely get the russians, sometimes get a bunch of south americans who love to chat it up in spanish or portuguese but they generally understand english as well.

they should let you play ONLY in the language your client is, much less problems that way

if you got a russian client, you play with all those who got the same client
if you got an english one, same applies to you, only with english clients

much easier that way
