I've changed the requirements of being a Very High bracket regular to it just being High. Cause that requirement apparently was far too strict. As of this moment, we have a total of 5 members who primarily play in the High bracket and above. So anyone who is interested, please join!
PeeWee, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to reject you. From your stats, you primarily play in the upper-tier Normal bracket and that would make our MM awkward if we partied up. Sorry bro.

I sometimes play on EU because i have a couple of bestfriends who went abroad for university and other stuff. We are all big fans of HoN + Dota, so we play together a lot. I get 250 ping in eu which is enough for me to be a decent support. But if i'm alone i always play SEA, coz im originally in asia.
Anyways, how exactly do you get into higher bracket?
To get into a higher bracket, you have to "improve". KDA, overall wins, and other factors are taken into account. I'm assuming statistics such as last hits or warding tendencies are also included.
However, I know for one, you can be good even if you're from lower brackets. I have friends in the Very High bracket who are downright horrendous and it was a shock to find out that they were in the same bracket as me. Players from High can be better than Very High and I'm sure there might be pretty amazing players in Normal too.
Either way, I'm only accepting those in the High bracket and above not because I'm an elitist bastard but because I think its more fun if people played with teammates or enemies appropriate to your level.
i have a guild too, but its for CM games only and i already have 30 members whom i have chosen personally while playing with them.
Thats sort of what I'm trying to do, but its hard to select people from just one game. Thats why I'm doing it here, with people who are willing.

I like to join a guild like this but my skill bracket is Normal... Why is this a problem? However if you want, add me, if I cannot join cause the requirements im interested in something similar or add me as friend... Here in Spain the Dota community is still short but we are a group of 3 / 4 decent players though.

So, I'm sort of fedup with getting rude/ridiculous teammates, even in the middle Very High bracket. I'm no godlike player or one that plays at the professional level by any means, but still I think I'm pretty good. This is why I've decided to create a guild for players with similar feelings. This will mainly be a casual guild where you can meet other decent players so you can party up. Winning will be important, but so will fun. No trolls, no rude players, you get the point.
So what exactly am I expecting by making this guild? A somewhat large base of active members (say 30) who are all decently skilled. People will party up with each other on the fly and communicate via Skype if they want. The occasional inhouse games and the 5 stack CM searches when they want to.
