You should play more matches like at least 800+ to 1200+ wins. Then maybe someone will offer a slot in their team. 200+ wins are mostly players that just get use to play dota. Good luck!

There is a way to find people besides posting here and receiving the standard "you're bad uninstall" comments.
You can use the Teams list on dotabuff to find people who are also into organized play and not so good that they will look down on you.
There are currently 32,394 rated team above 1000 points and half of them are below average, (<3,000). If you have a winrate below 50% try befriending some of these players.
You can find teams where all of the players have well below 50% winrates. They will have some idea of how to play team dota, but are far less likely to be concerned about you being an excellent dota player.
