It was discontinued following some issues with Valve. You can check what your DBR was at the time of the cancellation by going into trends and looking at the archived DBR rating.
Ok i got it , but is there any way to cheek other ppl DBR , and I just notice there is something like Skill Brakcet at Heroes pages like GOLD/PLATINUM/DIAMOND what is that ?
Again an old rating but some of the data is available in the hero stats area but not on individual profiles and shows data from the different skill levels.
