You don't need to hide. All you need to do is stop playing the heroes that are losing. They account for the vast majority of your losses.
Just stop playing them until you can figure out why you do not do well on them and fix it. Antimage, Sniper, PA, BH account for -52 win/loss and you are overall only -24 win/loss. If you did not play these heroes that keep losing your stats would look much better. Instead play more Slark, TA, Naga, and Brewmaster. Don't play SF or Faceless Void.

Just look at my heroes...I am 2-11 on Faceless void, 1-8 on Visage, 1-7 on Puck, 1-6 on Batrider, 1-5 Slark. If I played tons of games on those heroes my stats would look a lot worse. I know its easy to say "Don't worry about it", and you know it should not bother you. But since it does. Just play heroes that you know how to play best.
Even the best pros in the world have some heroes they play far below their normal excellence. Just look at Dendi...what a nub!

He is 2-7 on Dark Seer, 5-12 on Gryocopter, 1-6 on Medusa, and 8-18 on Tiny. Na'Vi.Dendi KDA on Gyro after 17 games averages 1.69, what a feeder! Don't worry about having bad stats on some heroes. If it bothers you just don't play them so much that they end up in your top 5 most played. Playing heroes you know will also make people in your games like you a lot more.

On topic:
If you want to improve with a hero, without all the pressure, try some co-op games (or go smurf and only play the heroes you want to improve). MM will thank you, and when you are happy enough, you could go try some games out on your main with those character (beware the potential skill jump).
Or just disable make my stats public? Easy solution lmao. You can't get rid of your current stats, but any future stats will be hidden.
If you disable your stats and change your steam name noone will ever take the trouble to identify you and check your stats.
I want to delete my account because after playing a bunch of games today Dotabuff did not record a couple of wins. I won with Sven and twice with KOTL but it didnt count them. Nobody quit in 2 of them so I dont see why the game didnt record it. I waste too much time on this site when unless you stack with 5 the stats are pointless anyway because you cant win with 2+ feeders and/or droppers which I keep getting almost every game.
Who do you think will find your stats on Dotabuff if you're "Anonymous" in their game? You think people will actually use the search function and actually assume it is YOU?

To begin, I am a bad dota player. If you'll look at my page, I have a low win rate - because I only decently play mids and even then sometimes play when I'm tired, suck and feed.
I have a problem where losing becomes stressful for me because I (I know it's stupid) worry about what people think they they search me up on here.
Is there any way to disable my dotabuff?
Please do not answer to turn off "share match history". That does not take my dotabuff page down, it simply dissallows Dotabuff to find any more matches on me.
