Same experience for me. Someone left after a few minutes so Dota told us that it was safe to leave.
When I left, my k/d was 1/0, after six minutes of play. When I noticed this game on Dotabuff, my k/d was 1/9, after 25 minutes of play.
However, I am not sure that this issue is easy to fix as people who stay might still want their score to be registered.
I think dotabuff records the game within a certain time. I just don't know. I, too, have lots of loses that should not be counted. About 15 loses counted which is alot. Ez win too, if you are on the lucky side :D

It was an early abandon from the 0:00 mark and yet it seems to have been counted as an actual game because one person stuck around and dragged it out to the 21 minute mark.
Please fix.
