General DiscussionWhy are some of the newer heroes' icons blurred?

Tusk, Troll Warlord, Bristleback, Timbersaw(also doesn't have the updated icon) all have blurry icons from the test client. Why aren't these updated?

On another note, why are Doom and Outworld Devourer still Doom Bringer and Outworld Destroyer?
