Now that you won only 8/15 of your Drow games in the last week you think she needs buff.

I think she still has nice WR (53%), she is still the 2nd most popular hero. She is countered the same way as before nerf but now she is countered harder. You have to be more careful with picking her (situational pick). Juking and your protecting team mates are more important.
