i think u can turn off the option, then change ur name, it can make disappear as long as the abuser doesnt have the old name, at the time where u had the option on, but he can check the past names used by u from ur steam profile, so make ur steam profile private also, this way no one can access ur DB account

Changing your name will not work completely, unfortunately. You can search by Steam ID (though many people do not know this), which means that while you can prevent future stats being gathered, you can't prevent people from looking up past stats.

However, I think you are looking at this the wrong way. There is nothing wrong with your profile or stats. Players will bitch about ANYTHING, and removing yourself from DotaBuff will not stop them.
