More than likely the stats weren't recorded by the Dota client, but since Dotabuff can't confirm if a match was early abandonment or not, they have to guess.
They end up in your match history, but they don't count towards your wins or losses, and they don't end up affecting your MMR.
Yes, they were. The only thing that will not be recorded is abandon when you leave the game. (W/L is normally counted)
Before a certain time, DBR and the Dota 2 client will not count it. After a certain time, both will, despite what it says in-game. I'm not sure exactly when it is, but sub 10 minute, DBR hasn't picked any of mine up. After 15ish, or maybe before, it picks it up.
