Actually any Dbr above 1900 is excellent considering you are in the 96th percentile...and for those who knows statistics that is pretty Damn good

the DBR has been remove by dotabuff so unfortunately for you guys who rarely checked your own dotabuff status you guys would not be able to know your dbr

Looking at winrate and KDA is more than enough to gauge what kind of player one is, and what heros he played more than others.

Bronze 0-499 (methiks)
Silver 500-1000 (methinks)
Gold 1001-1499 (meknows100%)
Platinum 1500-1949 (meknows100%)
Diamond 1950+ (meknows100%)

@faz well since we can not look at their DBR anymore winrate and kda might help

doesnt help with me... i often suicide so teamates get kills and dont die so that they actually GET ITEMS. Call it an investment or as shanks said. For the new era.
