Omg your win rate is 52% you automatically have the right to comment on peoples ability and lack of a > 50% win rate. Swallow your pride and understand that 90% of Russians are retards, there is no escaping that fact as it is the truth. I can only play solo queue pubs games as I don't have any friends that play this game (other than two who are still very nooby) so my win rate is very rarely above 50%. But yeah having troll Russians on your team means you can't get out from the match what you put in so it is a lot of bull.

Oh no I grasp it perfectly. And what you are doing on the second paragraph there is what we call nit-picking outside of Russia. You can't accept how terrible Russians are so you look for anything that you exceed in over me just to make an attempt at having a half assed point to make you look in the right.
The point is I am not that guy who brings down the whole team. I need a cohesive team to be able to perform well. By cohesive I mean not feeding every chance they get, and listening to pings or text if they can understand English (only 1 out of every 50 Russians I play with acknowledges pings). If top lane feeds, then the whole team is going to suffer pretty un-recoverably.

Russians do give russians a bad name. Problem is if 5 players are russian no problem but if 2-3 are the commnication fails, teamplay fails, flaming starts etc. So for the sake of DOTA2 just try and communicate, even if your english is bad I always appreciate the russian who tries.
1. Speak english on EU servers
2. No trolling if you're pissed off cause the game isn't going the way you want
3. No flaming which I know is hard sometimes but russian do it more often than not

The problem is that most of the russians on EU servers do not speak English language. It's a bit frustrating, but it's still playable with an EU newbie. You can at least help them out by explaining a few things, even if you loose it's ok... nobody wins always and nobody was born with pro dota skills, everyone had has been a beginner once. Today I played with a Chinese guy, the language barrier made the whole team rage, it's just there are many more Russians on EU servers who don't speak English language then any other nation.
I've given up with this game until I have reason to believe I am able to play with people from west europe on EU WEST servers.
Just some objective input here. Firstly there are a HUGE amount of Russian players, even more so when you look at home many are active at any point in time, compared to other countries. Thus the impact that Russian players make is going to be much bigger.
So considering that we have to assume that a community that has got this big overnight is going to contain MANY players who are still learning. Thus the chances of games having Russian players in, who don't really know how Dota works, is very very good. So the first point is really this: Due to the Russian community and size, it is definite that you are more likely to have Russian players in your team, who are still learning and may cause annoyance.
Second up, there is the point of communication. I don't need to tell anyone that communication wins Dota games. If you have people who communicate badly (cause they are learning), can't speak the language of the server they are on, and ultimately only speak to other Russians on the team, you are in for a crap storm of a game. Thus having Russians on EU, you definitely are a disadvantage compared to a 5 man team able to communicate perfectly; if you have 2 teams of equal skill, the team who can all speak to each other will win.
Finally, I have this to say. Everyone has the capacity to be an absolute dick, thus all players can be idiots. However, we know there are more Russian players, thus the chance of you running into Russians being idiots, is just higher.
So in conclusion:
1. There are more Russian players, thus more Russian noobs.
2. Unless you speak PERFECT English, if you play in EU you are giving your team a disadvantage, and are more likely to lose.
3. Because everyone can be a idiot, there will be more Russian idiots, because there are more players.
On a personal note, I've had games with good Russians, but I don't enjoy them, because there is a communication barrier. PLEASE to all the Russian players, play on the RU server - not because you are bad, but because we don't understand each other as well as we do speaking our own language, and in Dota that will mean you lose to a team who does understand one another.

The thing is, Russians don't have much of a problem in EU servers because there simply is a lot of other Russians to talk with. Knowing English is not mandatory to play DotA, you only need the bare minimum, which most Russians know one way or another. Many do not wish to communicate and a lot of them are ignorant, but that doesn't make all Russians bad. I'm Russian and I speak and write in both Russian and English fluently and I always lead my team, whether they are Russians or not. I'm very rarely a retard/leaver in games and try to always do my best. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Good thing I rarely encounter Russians on servers, although I live in Russia myself. I ALWAYS speak English, my knowledge of language is normal, I guess, I never rage, I admit my mistakes, try to work in team(although I'm still a noob), always commend people when it's GG, even some of the opposing team who play reaaly good. I've been wondering, am I an exception of the majority of Russian players. And when I see the rage of people, I understand - I am. I apologize for the"comrads", so to speak. And I really hope there'll be a way to isolate those whose knowledge of English is...let's just say poor, at least.
The thing is we don't blame all Russians cause I have played with some really good Russian players but I have played with alot more in-adept Russian players that have no etiquette or manners, that kill steal, that feed on purpose and refuse to communicate unless they learnt a couple of swear words in English which is ruining the game, which I'm not saying other players from other countries don't but every time I mention Dota 2 someone always have something bad to say about Russians there's an issue! Why cant you guys play on your own server Im live in South Africa and we have no servers :( , I would definetly pay to not play with Russians personly due to the fact 9/10 Russians can be douches
