Except you were go full 5 man party, there is no point to do captain mode. You dont know who familiar with what hero, who plays x role better, playstyle preference, etc
Also the draft, while interesting, takes too much time if played with total stranger
No one really plays cm below a certain mmr. Possibly if your in a stack but highly unlikely if solo ranked.
That being said i searched for SEA cm on my 2 digit mmr account, so i could do quiz and it found one lmao.

so i really love captains mode, it makes me feel like im playing an legit competitive match the pro players always use captains mode beacuse they do it makes me feel like im an pro player that makes me play way better, but it takes like 30MIN to find a captains mode match in ranked at my skill range and if u want to play ALL PICK it takes like 4 minutes to find an match and i really hate it :( i have to ask the community why everyone hate captains mode i really love it tho
