Yes, and Honestly your team is Bleh. Its Loses hard to Pretty much Any Fighting/Ground Combo. Any Dragon Type could also rock it with Versatile move sets, High Speed and Sweeper Stats. GIven the Pokemon you have here im guessing Sapphire/Ruby and your probably about level 20-30 near the Tree city. There are tons better that you could substitule for both Electrike and Hariyama.
