This hero needs to be played as a core but no one seems to understand this and plays him as some kind of useless support that does nothing?

pick him to some buffable carry like sven or aggressive carry like lifestealer

Try soul ring/trangq instead bottle,spam your spirits-learn to master them it will increase your winrate significantly,learn how to be good always friendly leader thru voice chat - its necessary to talk.
Dont pick without any good combo hero ck,sven,bristle,slardar,wk,etc..
Find your own playstyle as io is super versatile,watch pro but dont try to copy them.Be a good spirit of a team.

Play Wisp is pretty easy these days, even on lower rank. But i recommend to pick when there's good combination such as hero with aghanim & need both mana/hp/atk speed (such as medusa and BB).

Also, there are many ways to play IO, but my style is Bottle, Magic Stick & Urn in first 10 minutes. Won't work on higher rank though.

fuck whisp in pubs
hes a position 4 laning support. pubs = laning support had to be 5, pos4 is roaming. that kicks a few support out fo the roster, whisp is one of them. deal with it.

i need non team dependent tips,like how the heck you can stack 3 camps at once lol
i agree that its better to pick with luna tho or any good agh carrier
but lvl 15 talent spirits + dagger is like 2k damage or smth

dont fucking try it. WIsp is not a hero for pubs, really good in team play but not pubs

Wisp is the most useless hero. All u see him do is hide in the back, and then u watch ur core. Then you tether. Then u hide some more. Then if ur core wants to go farm somewhere dangerous alone you hide somewhere behind him and get ready with your relocate save.

Totally boring and does no damage. Reliant on cores not being too stupid.

Which is why u go damage build. It's the only way for pubs.

Check out how this guy does it https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/3620292804 he's top in top 10 wisps on dotabuff and has more than 4k games on the hero. When I played with him, he was playing pos 4 (although he didnt buy a single support item xd) and went for the carry build. He dealt way more damage than anyone else on our team and managed to solo kill antimage ~30 mins into the game.

I'm not saying you should play wisp as a core like him but there are definitely a lot of things to learn from him. How quickly he farms on that hero is astonishing.

Absolutely retarded,dont play io,dont try bla bla bla....ppl only can spam op meta heroes otherwise they suck lul..

Triple stacking is pretty easy, just shoot a creep camp @ :53, activate your wisps and max out their radii. Run towards the other two camps you want to stack.

Done.

Practice in vs Bot match, the Radiant camps can be a bit difficult at first but very doable with even sub-par skill (like myself!) so I would start with them.

hit spirits heal heroes dont die = huge impact

hoard xp and play like a pos 3.5, use spirit explosion to farm, use soul ring for mana

i have abt 90% winrate in 4k party so im a subject matter expert xd

I really don't think wisp should be pos 5, but in pos 4. with good utlitiles health item wisp can make enemy unkillable and unstoppable.
