Its nice that they nerfed hp, because if u play e.g. od u can use this (best case) 4 times/min. This means that u have good potential of killing people(and they cant do shit) if u go for this 1st/2nd item.
And i think the reason for the increased costs of linkens is because its just a very good item for weaver etc.(situation: against bloodseeker). Its cheap and weakens the impact from the pos 1/2 heroes to u and makes a hero harder to kill.

Good points, though.....hp is really really helpful for OD as well specially vs melee tanks...

Someone explain to me why they nerfed these. Were they really OP ?
* Hurricane Pike: Cooldown increased from 15 to 18
* Linken's Sphere: Recipe cost increased from 1000 to 1200
This makes really sad :(
