Why would u buy MoM on drow ranger? Like it actually was good b4 it silenced you now if you use it you can use frost arrows unless u buy skadi with MoM LUL but spending so much gold on a effect of an item that you already have as a skill doesn't look very appealing to me.

I consider mom core on bear build after radiance.
mom is a nice boost for ranged after maelstrom and and be swapped to the bear when hitting towers.

the point is that it is good even if you never use it in fights, since it is midas on steroids as someone put it

u dont pop MoM on drow in fights unless theyre already locked down
u only use it to farm or push towers
