General DiscussionCold snap is dispellable

It means you can dispel it. What else could it mean?

You can use Manta, Diffusial, Press the Attack etc. to remove it. It's a nerf to Voker.

I blv press the attack can dispel cold snap, I. Pretty sure manta and diffusal blade can't dispel it as they're something like soft dispel while press is hard dispel.

Hard dispel already dispeled cold snap. Now any dispel does the job.

A lot of hard dispels have crap casting animations so this is a good change to an ability that doesn't let you cast spells with crap casting animations.

Now we just need the stupid debuff from deafening blast to be purge able and voter should be back to where he belongs. In the hands of no one but people who can actually play him
