Ball lightning has a wind up time before he actually zips so u can definitely catch him

yeah usually they have wind up time but i just met this guy who really doesnt have any cast backswing or something or wind up time or whatever the term is
he just spam ball into 1 place(fixed position) and my hero is just keep casting animation

er,yea with items is possible like hexs or eul but wat about spells

any single one of you know answer to this problem? or this is just really untargetable

he is untargetable, but just have instant spells
a hero like shaker or jakiro who have long cast animations have trouble, but stuff like burrow strike are instant, meaning u shud be able to hit it much easier

Or preemptively turning towards where the storm zips so there is no turn rate involved for casting ur stuff on storm

I suggest underlord pit of malice and bramble maze by dark willow. You need the skill to get him in these traps and burst him down or burn his mana out in this short opening created by these type of spells.
